Key Responsibilities

Represent the Miele brand with professionalism, ensuring every interaction aligns with their commitment to "Immer Besser."
Process customer feedback and service requests through integrated CRM systems efficiently and accurately.
Troubleshoot technical issues for home appliances, offering clear, expert-level advice to Italian-speaking clients.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery within the consumer electronics support department.
Stay updated on the latest Miele product innovations and features to provide precise, value-added support.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
