Handle complex customer queries with professionalism and technical accuracy, reflecting the prestigious nature of the automotive brand.
Coordinate with service centers and technical departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns regarding vehicle maintenance and warranty.
Utilize CRM tools to document interactions, ensuring all automotive data is tracked and analyzed for ongoing service improvements.
Support the growth of the brand by championing customer-centric initiatives and maintaining a premium experience for every Italian-speaking client.
Engage in continuous training to stay at the forefront of automotive innovation and customer service excellence.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position.
