Key Responsibilities
Provide expert support for search engine software platforms, ensuring optimal user experience and technical functionality.
Analyze complex software-related inquiries to deliver precise solutions for Italian-speaking clients.




Collaborate with internal software development teams to report technical bugs and suggest product enhancements.
Maintain high quality standards while navigating proprietary software interfaces and diagnostic tools.
Act as a primary liaison between our client and the Italian market, ensuring a world-class standard of service.
Stay updated on the latest software development trends and search engine algorithm adjustments.
Continuously improve troubleshooting efficiency through technical documentation and internal knowledge base development.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Proven interest or background in the software development or technical support industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude for digital search engines.
Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced work environment in Athens.
Excellent communication skills, both in Italian and English.
