We are currently seeking talented professionals for the Italian Speaking Customer Experts for a Tech Leader position in Greece within the dynamic telecommunications sector. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding complex telecommunications inquiries and account management.
Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnostic support for telecommunications hardware and digital service platforms.




Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, industry-specific solutions in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions within the telecommunications CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service outages or billing discrepancies effectively.
Contribute to a high-performance environment, consistently meeting individual and team KPIs defined by our tech leader partner.
Stay updated on the latest telecommunications product launches to provide expert-level guidance to users.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.
