Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level customer support for inquiries related to international and domestic transportation logistics.
Manage communication via multiple channels to ensure seamless service delivery for transportation clients.

Resolve technical and service-related issues regarding booking, routing, and transit schedules.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve the quality of transportation support.
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations within the transportation sector.
Maintain accurate records and logs of interactions within the CRM system.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Professional proficiency in English to communicate within our international team.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Strong interest in the transportation industry and commitment to excellent customer service.
Previous experience in customer service or logistics is considered a strong asset for this position.
