YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and passionate candidate for the position of
Process Engineer
in the
Metal Deposition
module of the
FEM–AG300
organization. The role involves supporting the
Engineering
and
Manufacturing
teams, with a focus on managing and controlling
micro- and nano-fabrication processes
for
metal thin-film deposition
, including
Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)
,
Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)
and
electroplating
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the robustness and manufacturability of the processes with recipe optimization, process window and robustness tasks
Sustain manufacturing process and equipment troubleshooting
Monitor process performance and yield with SPC, defect analysis and FDC




Startup new equipment and perform process qualification
Prepare and optimize operative procedure and work instruction
Troubleshoot excursions and drive root-cause analysis (8D) to restore process stability
Your Skills & Experiences
Master's degree in material science, physics, chemistry, engineering or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good ability to analyze complex data and use tools for statistical analysis
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with different teams and external suppliers
Teamwork attitude
Basic understanding of semiconductor physics and microfabrication processes
