ppWe are looking for a bSite HR Specialist /b to join the Lighting HR team, reporting directly to the Site HR Manager. This position is based at our office in bTolmezzo (UD) /b. As the Site HR Specialist at Marelli, you will support the HR function in managing the plant human capital. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage recruitment processes, respecting defined budgets and forecasts. /li liCoordinate employee training, especially onboarding programs for new hires, including organization, tracking, and evaluation of course effectiveness. /li liImplement and manage performance appraisal systems for all staff, covering technical and behavioral aspects. /li liMaintain effective employee relations, addressing requests, complaints, and other matters. /li liManage internal communication initiatives. /li liEnsure implementation of Group attributes within the organization. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in the field of HR.
