Key Responsibilities
Monitor and review user-generated content on global social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Analyze reported content for potential policy violations, including hate speech,



harassment, and misinformation.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality standards in a fast-paced social media environment.
Provide insightful feedback to improve existing content moderation processes and internal safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex user safety concerns effectively.
Stay updated on emerging digital trends and policy changes within the global social media landscape.
Support the maintenance of a safe and positive digital ecosystem for all platform users.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Proficiency in English to collaborate within our diverse international teams.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
