We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level back office support to players within the dynamic Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
Manage player account verifications and security checks to maintain the integrity of our gaming platform.
Investigate and resolve transaction queries and account-related escalations with precision.




Ensure compliance with international gaming regulations and internal quality standards.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows and enhance the overall gaming experience.
Analyze trends in user feedback to provide actionable insights for our Gaming & Esports stakeholders.
Maintain clear and professional written communication in Italian to support our diverse user base.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and digital entertainment.
Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and willingness to learn specialized back-office software.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment located in Sofia.
