We have the technology, the vision, and the core infrastructure in place. Now, we are looking for a Marketing Co-Founder to drive our Go-To-Market strategy, establish our brand presence, and lead customer acquisition.

The Role:

We are not hiring an employee or a contractor; we are looking for a true business partner. You will take full ownership of building our marketing machine, growth engine, and strategic positioning from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-To-Market Strategy: Define and execute the launch strategy targeting enterprise and B2B segments.
Brand & Positioning: Consolidate SyntheticWorker's brand identity and lead presence across key channels (focusing heavily on LinkedIn).
Lead Generation & Growth: Design B2B acquisition funnels (Inbound & Outbound) to drive demo requests and build a qualified sales pipeline.
Content & Copywriting: Oversee high-impact messaging, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
Strategic Growth: Partner directly with the technical founding team to align product development with market demands.
