Role Description As an AI Engineer at Autoinvest, you will design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and intelligent agents for financial applications. You will work on tasks such as building and training neural networks,
developing pattern recognition systems for market signals, and implementing NLP models to analyze financial text and news. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with researchers and developers to turn prototypes into production-ready software, integrating models into autonomous investment and trading systems, and evaluating performance using real-world financial data. You will also participate in code reviews, maintain high-quality engineering standards, and contribute to architectural decisions for scalable AI infrastructure. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Turin, with a mix of on-site collaboration and flexible work-from-home arrangements.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, version control, and software engineering best practices.
