? /ph3The Role /h3pWe are looking for a strongProduct Manager Intern /strong to work closely with Product and Tech to understand how users interact with the product, turn data and feedback into insights and user stories, help define priorities, backlog and roadmap, and support the creation of product strategy.
/ppThis role is ideal for someone with a strongdesigner's mindset /strong — able to break down problems, clarify definitions, design flows, spot friction points and iterate quickly — and with a strong curiosity for technology to collaborate effectively with engineering and ops.
Being a developer is a plus, but not required: what matters most is curiosity, rigor, and the willingness to get hands-on with real problems.
/ph3Language /h3pOur internal docs and collaboration happen in English — strong proficiency is required.
Since we're based in Italy, fluency in Italian is a big plus.




/ph3Key responsibilities /h3pAnalyze product usage by reading adoption metrics, qualitative feedback, and market signals to identify opportunities and critical issues /ppTranslate evidence into clear user stories, hypotheses, acceptance criteria, and actionable insights /ppHelp assess issues, impact, and priorities together with the team /ppSupport continuous backlog refinement, cleanup, and prioritization /ppContribute to defining and updating the roadmap, aligning goals and delivery /ppSupport the team in building analyses and materials that inform product decisions /ph3What are the essential requirements and skills?
/h3pStrong, clear, structured and pragmatic communication skills (written spoken) /ppDesigner mindset: ability to break down problems, clarify definitions, design flows, and iterate fast /ppCuriosity about AI, data analytics, and deep-tech B2B products /ppExcellent English proficiency (company language) /ppComfort with numbers and analysis (Excel/Sheets); basic SQL or more advanced analysis is a plus /ppFamiliarity with Google Workspace; Jira/Linear/Notion is a plus /ppstrongCurrently enrolled in a Master's program or recently graduated /strong (e.g., Management Engineering / Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related STEM fields) /ph3Experience we're looking for /h3pA background or strong interest in strongProduct, Service Design,



or adjacent fields /strong, with the willingness to work closely with tech teams on complex B2B problems.
