ph3Mission /h3 pThe Cybersecurity Engineer has the primary responsibility for designing, technically executing, delivering, maintaining, and diagnosing security solutions for clients while implementing security solutions in Schneider Electric's automation systems.
/p h3What will you do?
/h3 ul liSupporting customers' technical Cybersecurity queries and cases through maintenance contracts for automatization solutions installed for our Schneider Electric Delivery Organization.
/li liEvaluating existing and new technologies for Schneider Electric security solutions.
/li liProviding prompt responses to cybersecurity issues at customer sites, working closely with Customer Support Departments.
/li liWorking with product managers and project sponsors to implement Schneider Electric Security solutions, including site visits for security maintenance, training, and consultation.
/li liConfiguring approved host and network security solutions, as well as Network Performance Monitoring and Management solutions.
/li liOverseeing network element modifications and reconfigurations.
/li liManaging installation and connectivity testing of security solutions and leading application acceptance testing from a security perspective.
/li liDeveloping and delivering end-user training, while creating technical documentation as required.
/li liWorking, supporting and collaborating with automatization Engineers delivering Schneider Electric Advanced Automatization solutions to important customers.
/li /ul h3What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
/h3 ul liDegree in a computer-related field, along with one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISA99, or IC*****.
/li liExperience with network topology, configuring network equipment (preferably CISCO, Hirschmann, Schneider).
/li liKnowledge in installing and/or managing network-based firewalls, preferably Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or other leading products.
/li liUnderstanding of high availability network technologies.




Experience in a mixed environment of standard and non-standard TCP/IP protocols.
Also LAN, WAN, and technology experience.
/li liInitial experience in Industrial Control System OT.
/li liWillingness to travel and be on call for customer support rotation.
/li liCustomer-focused.
/li liEnglish (Technical) required, Italian mandatory.
