/li /br /ul /brh3Systems integration and build /h3 /brul /brliConducts tests as defined in an integration test specification and records the details of any failures /li /brliAnalyses and reports on integration test activities and results /li /brliIdentifies and reports issues and risks /li /br /ul /brh3Network support /h3 /brul /brliContributes to the operational configuration of network active devices /li /brliAssists in the investigation and resolution of problems originating from network infrastructure /li /brliAssists with specified maintenance procedures for Siemens telephone switchboard, Desk/DECT phone, VoIP/VoSIP phones /li /brliSet up and manage the AV infrastructure for digital meetings and events; from AV equipment to streaming and recording; /li /brliWrite, plan and execute a full AV implementation plan in alignment with customers,



providing excellent customer service and communication; /li /brliPrepare and manage a (mobile) streaming studio including videowalls, greenscreen, etc.
; /li /brliCreate and write a technical plan and Run of Show for larger digital/hybrid conferences and events; /li /brliInstruct and supervise a technical team during larger digital/hybrid conferences and events; /li /brliDesign and create jingle's, banners, and other digital signage required for digital events and meetings; /li /brliSupport CISCO WebEx, MS Teams and other event/meeting platforms for Digital/Hybrid Events; /li /brliProvide first level support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with conference scheduling, video bridging, recording etc.
; /li /brliIdentify, verify and diagnose suspected trouble AV/VTC Resources and Services through monitoring; /li /brliEnsure corrective actions are taken under direction of NDW Engineers (VTC); /li /br /ul /brh3Specific Working Conditions: /h3 /brpWork will be on site; out of business hours support may be expected.
/p /brpOn site, in presence assistance during ongoing meeting will be required to quick fix any issue.
/p /brpHardware deployment to users office duties.
/p /brh3Requirements /h3 /brh3Skills, Knowledge Experience: /h3 /brul /brliThe candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance /li /brliAt least two years in working at an International or multinational organization /li /brliAt least two years' experience in managing Cisco Local Area Network devices and end user devices /li /brliExperience in troubleshooting and configuring Polycom VTC devices /li /brliExperience in setup and operating Audio/ visual devices to support indoor and outdoor events /li /brliStrong Customer Oriented skills are required /li /br /ul /br /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
