ph3Corporate Planning Manager /h3pPramac, a Generac Company, is looking for an experienced Corporate Planning Manager to lead Planning and Materials Management for the Headquarters manufacturing site in Casole d'Elsa, Siena (Italy).

/ph3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
/liliMaster's Degree and/or MBA preferred.
/liliAPICS Certifications (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
/liliMinimum 8-10 years of progressive Supply Chain and Planning leadership experience.
/liliProven experience leading managers, supervisors and cross?functional teams.
/liliStrong expertise in SIOP, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Materials Management and Inventory Optimization.
/liliAdvanced ERP/MRP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, JDE or equivalent).
/liliDemonstrated success within multi?site and international manufacturing organizations.
/liliStrong analytical, financial and business acumen.
/liliExcellent leadership, communication and influencing capabilities.
/liliExperience driving organizational change, process standardization and operational transformation initiatives.
/liliCapability to effectively communicate scenarios for key business decisions.
/liliExperience around material flow utilizing supermarkets and supplier pull replenishment models.
/li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3h3Headquarters Site Leadership /h3ulliLead all Planning and Materials Management activities for the Headquarters manufacturing facilities.
/liliEnsure synchronization between demand, supply, production capacity and inventory strategies.
/liliDrive achievement of operational targets related to customer service, delivery performance, productivity, inventory and working capital.
/liliEnsure effective execution of planning processes supporting operational excellence and manufacturing efficiency.
/liliCollaborate closely with Production leadership to align planning activities with manufacturing capabilities and resource constraints.
/liliDrive schedule attainment, material availability and execution discipline throughout the organization.
/liliSupport operational continuity by providing leadership coverage and decision?making support across critical operational functions when required.




/li /ulh3Enterprise Planning Leadership /h3ulliAct as the functional owner of Planning processes across all international operations outside North America.
/liliEstablish and maintain common planning standards, governance models and performance expectations.
/liliEnsure consistent deployment of best practices in Demand Planning, Production Planning, Scheduling, Material Planning and Inventory Management.
/liliLead capability development initiatives across Planning organizations, coaching managers and developing future talent.
/liliPromote standardization while ensuring flexibility to address local business requirements.
/liliFacilitate alignment between regional planning organizations and corporate business objectives.
/liliMonitor and improve planning performance through KPI governance and structured review processes.
/li /ulh3SIOP Business Integration /h3ulliLead and govern the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process across Business Units.
/liliEnsure business plans are translated into executable supply, production and inventory plans.
/liliSupport executive decision?making through scenario analysis and capacity planning assessments.
/liliFacilitate resolution of supply allocation conflicts and prioritization decisions across regions and business units.
/liliSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) activities through integrated planning processes.
/liliDrive alignment between commercial growth plans and operational capabilities.
/li /ulh3Inventory Materials Management Excellence /h3ulliLead continuous improvement of inventory management strategies and processes.
/liliDrive implementation of best practices including Plan For Every Part (PFEP), ABC/XYZ inventory segmentation, inventory optimization methodologies, safety stock governance, replenishment strategies and material flow optimization.




/liliEnsure effective utilization of advanced replenishment models including MRP, VMI, consignment, reorder point and pull systems.
/liliDrive warehouse process effectiveness through inventory accuracy, transaction discipline, cycle counting and automation initiatives.
/liliOptimize working capital while maintaining targeted customer service levels.
/li /ulh3Order Management Customer Fulfillment /h3ulliLead development and deployment of Order Management best practices.
/liliEnsure effective governance of ATP, lead time management, customer prioritization policies, order fulfillment strategies, EDI integration and automation.
/liliEnsure data quality and process integrity.
/liliSupport continuous improvement of customer service performance and perfect order execution.
/li /ulh3Supply Continuity Supplier Performance /h3ulliLead initiatives to ensure continuity of supply throughout manufacturing and distribution operations.
/liliPartner with Procurement and Category Management teams to monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply risks.
/liliSupport supplier development and escalation processes where required.
/liliEnsure proactive identification and management of supply constraints and business continuity risks.
/li /ulh3Distribution Planning Logistics Coordination /h3ulliLead inventory deployment and distribution planning strategies across international operations.
/liliOptimize inventory positioning and material flows across manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
/liliSupport end?to?end supply chain optimization initiatives.
/liliProvide leadership and governance for international logistics operations, transportation performance and warehousing efficiency as required.
/li /ulh3Leadership Organizational Development /h3ulliCoach and mentor supervisors, managers and planning professionals.
/liliBuild a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
/liliFoster strong communication channels across functions and regions.

/liliIdentify organizational capability gaps and define development plans.
