/ph3Summary Of The Role /h3pThis role is responsible for the design and high-quality implementation of specific IT solutions/applications He/she has a very good and deep knowledge of IT systems that are best of breed to support the business process execution.
He/she deploys this solution as specific project or support the M3 Finance COE Director in identifying and deploying projects or part of the projects thanks to the very good knowledge of both IT tools and business processes.
He/she works on analysis and implementation of ERP modules and applications related Sales and Supply Chain.
He/she will liaise both with IT department and business in order to track and follow-on projects.
The candidate is also the ERP module and applications reference person for related business.




/ph3Tasks And Responsibilities /h3ulliBenchmarking of IT solution available in the market to support specific business functions or technical tools that can improve the quality/speed of IT projects delivery /liliTo develop and to maintain the specific application tracking the features of the new releases /liliTo collect and analyse the business requirements in order to define the project scope and the business case of the projects /liliManage Projects coordinating with the Manager /liliTo contribute to the project development for specific aspects where he/she has a very deep knowledge /liliInternal reference point and tutor about the topics in charge of him/her /liliCollect and analyse business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team /liliInterview, analyse documents, draw out requirements like workshops, surveys, visiting sites, developing business processes using task flow analysis and work-flow analysis /liliUnderstanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements /liliSupport and training the key users on system functionalities /liliProvide suggestions to the development team during the development stage of the solution to meet customer's business needs /liliCollect, evaluate, and compress data and information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts and differentiate between actual and required user needs /liliDeliver results after thorough research of functional needs by collaborating and communication between various users /liliAcquire deep knowledge of working systems and bringing efficient and effective changes for better performance /liliMake sure that the recommended solution is adopted and respected /liliUnderstand the technical designs as well as the specification /liliEffectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen, and interface designs /liliDesign and execute the test scripts and scenarios /liliManage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines /liliActing as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams /liliManage and coordinate IT Application Specialist and Analyst /liliKnwoledge and ownership in business process as EDI, B2B, order entry batch in ERP generally speaking, where external customer/dealer, external system and external service providers are involved; it is important that the person is able to manage project to deploy new customer/dealer in the current solution application, coordinating business and technical team involved in it.
/li /ulh3Job And Personal Requirements /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Economics or Engineering /liliExperience in project development /liliKnowledge of the main IT solutions applicable in the business area /liliUnderstanding of the business processes /liliUnderstanding SQL language /liliA strong experience in ERP – business module Sales and Supply Chain /liliGood experience in technical tools integrated in the IT application /liliAt least 5-7 years of experience in similar role within a complex multinational environment /liliFluent in English language /liliAdvanced use of MS Office tools /liliAbility to self-motivate and work independently /liliPronounced proactive approach /liliAbility to manage complexity and work under pressure /liliProblem solving /liliPlanning skills and ability to follow up – deliver results /liliLeadership capabilities /liliProject Management /liliGood knwoledge of EDI process /li /ulpThis position is open to applicants of all genders and is offered in accordance with the principles of equal opportunity and non-discrimination.

The final offer will be determined based on objective criteria, including relevant qualifications, professional experience, role-related skills, competencies, internal equity and the approved salary structure.
