pAn international fabless semiconductor business is looking for a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join its growing engineering organisation in Istanbul.
/ppbr / /ppYou will develop advanced analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for optical communication applications, taking substantial technical ownership from initial architecture through transistor-level implementation, physical design supervision, post-layout verification and silicon evaluation.
/ppbr / /ppThis hands-on role suits an experienced designer who combines strong analog fundamentals with a proven ability to deliver complex integrated circuits using deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
/ppbr / /ppstrongWhat you ?ll be doing /strong /ppbr / /pulliDesign and simulate analog and mixed-signal blocks such as ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, low-dropout regulators and phase-locked loops.
/liliDefine circuit architectures and carry out transistor-level design and verification.
/liliOwn designs throughout the complete IC development lifecycle.
/liliGuide physical layout activities, working closely with layout engineers to protect matching, signal integrity and circuit performance.
/liliRun post-layout simulations and assess designs against performance and reliability requirements.
/liliSupport laboratory testing and characterisation of fabricated silicon.
/liliWork with system, verification and layout specialists to resolve technical challenges and deliver robust products.
/liliPrepare thorough design, simulation and verification documentation.
/liliContribute to technical reviews and mentor less-experienced engineers.




/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We're Looking For /strong /ppbr / /pulliA bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering or a related subject.
/liliAt least five years of practical analog or mixed-signal IC design experience.
/liliProven IC design experience for optical communication applications.
/liliHands-on experience with deep sub-micron CMOS processes.
/liliProficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre and established IC design workflows.
/liliStrong knowledge of transistor-level behaviour, device physics, noise, matching and process variation.
/liliExperience supervising IC layout and analysing post-layout simulation results.
/liliA methodical approach to solving complex circuit and performance issues.
/liliClear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
