ph3Treasury Senior Specialist /h3pWhat you will do: /pulliLead treasury projects from initiation through execution, monitoring, and post‑implementation review. /liliDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements. /liliCoordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, Procurement, Legal, and external banking partners. /liliManage project governance, risk assessments, issue resolution, and status reporting to senior management. /liliEnsure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality expectations. /liliDevelop and maintain project documentation, process maps, business requirements, and implementation plans. /liliSupport and optimize global cash management structures and banking relationships. /liliMonitor cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital initiatives. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve cash visibility and centralize treasury activities. /liliAssist in the implementation and enhancement of cash pooling, in‑house banking, and payment factory structures. /liliSupport bank account management and treasury policy compliance. /liliLead Treasury Management System (TMS, Piteco, SAP) implementation and enhancement projects. /liliCoordinate bank connectivity initiatives, including SWIFT, host‑to‑host and payment platforms. /liliSupport ERP integration projects impacting treasury processes. /liliDrive automation and process standardization initiatives across treasury operations.



/liliCollaborate with IT teams to define system requirements, testing plans, and deployment activities. /li /ulpWhat you need to succeed: /pulliProven experience managing end‑to‑end treasury projects and transformation initiatives. /liliStrong understanding of treasury processes, banking products, cash management, liquidity structures, and financial risk management. /liliExperience with Treasury Management Systems – Piteco experience is mandatory. /liliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. /lili3‑5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, Treasury Consulting, or Treasury Operations. /liliFluent in Italian English; additional languages are a plus. /liliKnowledge of ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. /liliStrong project management skills and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders. /liliExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. /liliProfessional certifications (CTP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are considered an advantage. /li /ulpEmployment Type: Permanent, Full‑Time /ppMinimum Gross Annual Salary: €45,000 /ph3Benefits /h3ulliMeal tickets /liliSmart Working /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3pHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
