Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level assistance to Spanish-speaking clients regarding global transportation bookings and schedules.

Maintain detailed documentation within the transportation industry database to ensure seamless service delivery.




Act as a primary point of contact for international travelers, ensuring a smooth experience during their transportation journey.
Collaborate with internal departments to address real-time operational shifts in the transportation network.
Utilize your native Spanish language skills to maintain the premium service standards expected in the transportation sector.
Provide timely solutions for delays, rerouting, or service updates to ensure maximum passenger comfort.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) for our Spanish-speaking jobs.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate relocation to Greece.
Strong communication skills and a passion for the transportation industry.
Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
