Drawing on your expert knowledge of Airbus systems, you will lead and mentor our clients through their training, enabling them to achieve training objectives.

Due to upcoming projects, we have full-time and freelance positions available for experienced instructors in these three locations: Milan and Stockholm (SFI - A320) and Copenhagen (SFI - A350).
/ppbRole and Responsibilities: /b /pulliProvides simulator/ flight instruction on one single type rating for the issue of licenses, type rating and certificates or provide ground school instruction in class /liliResponsible for conducting pre and post flight simulator briefings in a thorough, professional manner and in accordance with CAE standards /liliOther required administrative duties (completes training records, recommends remedial training when necessary, track his/her own instructional qualifications, etc.) /liliParticipates in creation of curricula and courseware when required /lili40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays depending on the course schedule and sharing the work between the whole team of instructors.
/liliTravel to other CAE offices may be required.
/li /ulpbThe role we are offering you: /b /pulliWorking with our airline client partners to provide high quality synthetic training on A320 (Milan/Stockholm) / A350 (Copenhagen)
platforms.
/liliClassroom tuition including briefings, debriefings, and simulator details.
Other classroom-based training may be required at times /liliConcise, timely and accurate report writing, as well as maintaining up-to-date trainee records /liliFlagging areas of deficiency and making recovery plans including remedial training /li /ulpbYou will need (SFI - A320): /b /pulliLicense: EASA – SFI certificate with A320 Type Rating /liliA true passion for instructing with a strong background in training /liliEU Passport or the right to live and work within the EU /liliExcellent English as you will work with international students.
/li /ulpbYou will need (SFI - A350): /b /pulliLicense: EASA – SFI certificate with A350 Type Rating /liliTotal time: Minimum of **** hours total time /liliTime on type: Minimum of **** hours on Multi Crew aircraft /liliA true passion for instructing with a strong background in training /liliEU Passport or the right to live and work within the EU /liliGood English skills are important as you will deal with many international students.
Good understanding of the Scandinavian languages is an advantage as well as other language skills.
/li /ulpbDesirable qualities: /b /pulliJob location: Milan / Stockholm /Copenhagen (ideally locally based candidates) /liliFlight instructor certificate is valued.
/liliPrevious instructional experience as a Line Training Captain, TRI, or TRE /liliHolds an existing instructor qualification (A320/A350) or rating issued by a Regulatory Authority desirable /liliAn adaptable personality, with the ability to work with others to achieve the best outcomes.
