The European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights AISBL invites applications for a remote Policy Research – Trainee.
This is designed for students, graduates, early-career researchers, and professionals interested in policy research, human rights, governance, international relations, law, public policy, and related fields.
Selected candidates will work under structured guidance and supervision to develop research, analytical writing,
and policy drafting skills which involves literature review, policy analysis, preparation of research notes, and drafting of a supervised research paper, policy brief, or analytical report.
The programme consists of two stages:
Weeks 1–4: Research Methodology Training- Participants undertake structured learning in research methodology, literature review, academic and policy writing, citation practices, research ethics, and related research skills.
Weeks 5–8: Supervised Research and Writing- Participants apply the methodology learned during the first phase to an approved research topic and prepare a research paper, policy brief, or analytical report under structured guidance and supervision.
Prior research publication experience is not required.
