We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will drive business growth and sales through a customer-centric approach focused on innovation and sustainability, positioning our solar tracker solutions as market leaders while building long-term customer relationships and creating a positive impact.

? Your mission as a Key Account Manager

You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with the company's key accounts, as well as identifying and acquiring new customers, ensuring outstanding service quality, meeting customer needs, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.





You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability by implementing, executing, and consolidating sales strategies that maximize business opportunities and strengthen Soltec's market position.

? What will you do?

Develop key accounts and expand Soltec's business in the Italian market by identifying new commercial opportunities.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and key accounts in Italy, ensuring high customer satisfaction through regular communication.
Design and implement commercial strategies tailored to the Italian market and assigned key accounts, aligned with the company's objectives.
Manage customer relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle: opportunity identification, tendering, negotiation, contract signing, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, after-sales support, and warranty.
