Job Overview

METRO is an international wholesale company specializing in commerce for the HoReCa sector. We are recruiting an Addetta/o alla vendita (Sales Associate) in the meat department at our Bologna Castel Maggiore branch.

Responsibilities

- Support the department head in managing the assigned area, operating with passion and professionalism to increase sales and improve economic results.
- Restock shelves and prepare the department to showcase products tailored for professional clientele.
- Guide customers in selections and respond to their requests.

- Strong customer orientation and market awareness.
- Result-oriented approach.
- Teamwork and stress management skills.
- Availability to work on shifts and during holidays.

Contract & Compensation

- Time Determined contract, Level 5 (Ccnl Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata). Annual gross salary: €13,927.28 (24 hours weekly). Automatic promotion to Level 4 after 18 months.
- Time Determined contract, Level 5 (Ccnl Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata). Annual gross salary: €17,409.05 (30 hours weekly). Automatic promotion to Level 4 after 18 months.
- Time Determined contract, Level 5 (Ccnl Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata). Annual gross salary: €23,212.14 (Tempo pieno). Automatic promotion to Level 4 after 18 months.

Castel Maggiore branch, Bologna.
