Barsan Global Logistics is an international logistics group founded in 1982 and headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. With operations in more than 65 countries worldwide, Barsan provides integrated logistics solutions across Sea, Road, Air and Rail Freight, Customs Brokerage and Warehousing.
As part of our long-term growth strategy in Italy, we are launching a new commercial presence in Milan.
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive who wants to be part of this exciting project from day one.
This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of Barsan's Milan presence from the very beginning, while being supported by our experienced team at our Italian headquarters in Modena, which includes dedicated operational teams and our own warehouse facility.

Your Mission
Your main objective will be to establish and develop Barsan's commercial presence in Lombardy and Northern Italy by generating new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships.
During the initial phase,



you will work independently, focusing on business development and customer acquisition. You will receive full operational support from our Modena office, allowing you to concentrate on developing the market and creating new business opportunities.
As the business expands, the Milan office will progressively evolve into a fully operational branch with its own local team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities across Sea Freight, Road Freight, Air Freight and international logistics services.
Identify and acquire new customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
Work closely with the operations team in Modena to ensure excellent customer service.
Contribute to the establishment and future development of Barsan's Milan office.
