As part of the ongoing development of NEAR‐C S.r.l., we are seeking a Hardware Designer with solid experience in the Aerospace & Defence sector. The selected professional will join our team of consultants and contribute their expertise across all current and future projects.

Responsibilities - Creation and review of schematics and technical documentation;
- Collaboration with cross‐functional teams (software, mechanical, production) to ensure seamless system integration;
- Design and development of electronic hardware systems and components (FPGA, analog/digital circuits, etc.);
- Execution of testing, debugging, and validation activities on prototypes and final products;
- Analysis and resolution of hardware‐related issues in existing products.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in hardware design and development.
Required Skills - Proficiency with electronic CAD tools (Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad);
- Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers;
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets and technical documentation.
Pay range and compensation package - Permanent employment contract;
- Gross annual salary: € 40.000 – € 50.000;
- Supplementary healthcare coverage through Fondo Est.
