You collaborate with ecommerce, brand, content, CRM, IT, and partners to shape digital roadmaps and platform evolution. Responsabilità

- 7+ years of international SEO experience in complex digital environments
- Proven expertise in technical SEO, content-driven strategies, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of AI-powered search dynamics (AIO, GEO)
- Strong analytics mindset connecting search data to business outcomes and customer journeys
- Confident stakeholder management with ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences
- Curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset in fast-moving environments
- Fluent in English; travel, tourism, or cruise industry experience is a plus
