We are looking for an Account Executive Europe to join our Cargo Solutions team at Copeland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth across Europe by developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships,



and promoting our temperature monitoring and supply chain visibility solutions. You will work closely with retailers, logistics providers, and producers to help protect product quality and brand integrity throughout the cold chain.

This is a remote position based in Southern Europe (Spain, Italy), and you will be expected to travel up to 50% across Europe.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role

Prospect and develop new business opportunities across Europe, focusing on retailer-mandated programs, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and producers.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through a consultative sales approach and regular customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders within customer organizations.
Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations to secure new business and expand existing partnerships.
