Accountabilities
As a Product Growth Strategist, you will own growth initiatives from analysis through execution, partnering with product, design, engineering, marketing,



and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact. You will translate data into actionable recommendations, lead experimentation efforts, and help teams make informed product decisions.
Develop and execute product growth strategies focused on improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Analyze behavioral and product analytics to uncover growth opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Design and manage experimentation programs, including hypothesis creation, A/B testing, measurement frameworks, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Marketing teams, and leadership stakeholders to align growth strategies with business goals.
Present insights and recommendations clearly, transforming complex data into practical actions that improve product performance.
