About The Role
As Lead PPC Manager at Scrambly, you will own and scale paid search acquisition across Google and Microsoft Ads, building it into a stable, profitable, and automation-driven growth engine. Google Ads is the primary channel; you will also develop and expand Microsoft Ads as a meaningful secondary source.
This is a hands-on,
performance-focused role with a clear path to people management. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign performance, architecture, conversion structure, and the value logic that drives sustainable budget growth while maintaining profitability. As the channel scales, you will hire and lead a small team to support continued growth.
You will work closely with the Head of User Acquisition as the strategic owner of paid search. Your goal is to build systems and processes that make performance explainable, repeatable, and scalable.

Paid Search Strategy & Execution
Own end-to-end performance of Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) and Microsoft Ads for our app portfolio.
Define and execute the paid search acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and profitability targets.
