Swan is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure operations align with regulatory requirements in Italy. You will stay ahead of regulatory changes, support submissions under AML supervision, and act as escalation point for investigations conducted by Compliance Managers.

You will assess regulatory aspects of new products and services, maintain accurate internal documentation, and monitor Italian banking supervision matters to keep the organization compliant.
