K-Way Sales Assistant – Serravalle Designer Outlet

Overview

We are looking for an experienced sales assistant to join our K‑Way outlet store in Serravalle. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the store’s appearance and merchandise availability.

Responsibilities

- Support customers in the sales process
- Manage and handle merchandise on display
- Replenish stock to ensure maximum product availability
- Maintain order and cleanliness throughout the store
- Manage fitting rooms following company guidelines
- Handle cashier operations

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a sales assistant in the fashion and footwear retail sector
- Excellent knowledge of the English language; other languages are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable,



dynamic, courteous, and willing to work flexible schedules

Compensation and Benefits

Initial fixed‑term contract, full‑time and part‑time (30 hours per week). The annual gross salary is approximately €12,000 for a part‑time schedule, based on a full‑time gross annual salary of about €25,000. Additional company benefits are provided.
