Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end, FAIR data products for the Deliver domain within the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. You will shape data architecture and governance to enable scalable data models and analytics across master and transactional data. You’ll collaborate with supply chain partners and technology teams to drive AI-ready data stacks and improve data clarity as the source of truth. This is a opportunity to influence data strategy for a global pharma value chain and enable data-driven decisions.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Design and implement end-to-end FAIR data products for the Deliver domain across master and transactional data
- Develop and evolve conceptual and logical information policies to guide data product design
- Collaborate with domain Data Owners to shape the Data Domain roadmap and allocate budget/resources
- Define metadata and data quality framework to ensure FAIR data products throughout their lifecycle
- Support Data Governance to implement governance capabilities across Data Domain




- Drive automation and simplification using AI-enabled capabilities in data design, asset building, and quality controls
- Support evolution of an end-to-end data stack with J&J; Technology partners to enable future AI applications

Responsabilità

- In-depth data modelling and design experience (e.g., medallion architecture, Data Vault, Data Marts)
- Strong experience with state-of-the-art data technologies (workflow for Master data, data catalogs, Lakehouse, ontology management)
- 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical global supply chain
- Experience in multi-year strategy or technology deployment focused on information/data management
- Proven ability to partner across complex ecosystems to deliver results
- Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
- Energetic, passionate, accountable, and eager for continuous learning
