He/she will be required to conduct training at customer sites and will be a technical point of reference to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction. /p h3ACTIVITIES /h3 ul liProvide on‑site technical assistance /li liPerform diagnostics and troubleshooting on photovoltaic inverters and related systems /li liSupport installers,



service partners and customers in commissioning and troubleshooting /li liCollaborate with the remote support team for the escalation of complex cases /li liDraft technical intervention reports /li liCollect technical data to share with RD and Quality departments for analysis of any recurring issues or product anomalies /li liUpdate and maintain the company knowledge base with standard procedures and solutions /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liBasic knowledge of photovoltaic systems and inverters /li liAbility to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals /li liGood familiarity with diagnostic tools and monitoring software /li liProficiency in Office and CRM ticketing systems /li /ul h3Behavioral Skills /h3 ul liCustomer focus and clear, professional communication skills /li liProblem solving and ability to work independently /li liAbility to work in a team and collaborate with multiple departments /li liStress management and ability to work on multiple requests simultaneously /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
