Bacardi is seeking an Activation Manager in Italy to drive On-Trade activations and tailor-made visibilities for Core and Premium brands. You will work in the field, supporting Sales to execute plans aligned with the IAP and brand guidelines.

The role requires strong relationship skills, field experience, and fluency in Italian and English to coordinate with Brand/Customer Marketing managers and external agencies.
