Jobtailor is launching an Elite Graduate Program – Sales designed for the top 3% of young talent in Milano, Italy. You will rotate through four roles with coaching, build a pipeline from scratch, and learn discovery, qualification, and handoff to AEs.

During the first 9 months you’ll be assessed and then transition to AE Inbound or AE Outbound based on performance and mastered skills. This is a chance to accelerate into senior sales responsibilities quickly.
