NXP in Italy is seeking an experienced Digital IC Design Engineer to lead the full SOC design flow, from specification to power analysis, collaborating with analog, mixed-signal, and software teams to ensure high performance and quality.

The role requires a Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 5+ years in digital IC design, with strong Verilog/SystemVerilog and EDA tool expertise. Occasional DFT work and post-silicon validation are included.
