Alstom in Rome invites an experienced Head of Bid & Cost Management to lead the bid team for complex tenders within the S&I; Italy organization. You will own QCDP commitments from tender appointment through to TTMs, shaping winning proposals with accurate budgets and defined scope.

You will partner with the Tender Leader and Project Manager, ensure compliance with Alstom standards, and drive timely reporting of bid activities, risks, and KPIs.
