Experteer Italy is seeking an Operational Technology and Manufacturing Manager to shape OT security strategy for the Rosia site. You will lead risk assessments, design reviews, and secure, scalable OT solutions in a regulated pharma environment.

The role requires a Master’s in Engineering, 10+ years in similar roles, and fluency in Italian and English. You will collaborate across Automation, IT, Quality, and Global Cybersecurity while enabling GMP/GxP compliance and digital transformation.
