Job Title: Contracts Specialist

Job Description:

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage end-to-end export licensing activities, ensuring timely application,
approval, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Support Business Development and project teams by integrating trade
compliance considerations from early bid stages through project execution
* Contribute to Contract Acceptance Reviews, ensuring export control and
compliance requirements are properly assessed and addressed.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper management of export
control requirements related to equipment, technology, and data in line with
Italian and international regulations
* Prepare and deliver contract and export compliance reports for internal
stakeholders and external authorities
* Maintain and continuously improve contract and export licence tracking
systems, ensuring data accuracy and traceability

Essential Functions and Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS

* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.




* Excellent command of written and spoken English.
* Strong organizational and document management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and
Outlook.
* Ability and willingness to learn export control regulations, licensing
processes, and compliance requirements.
* Ability to work independently and manage sensitive and confidential
information.

(i) A base salary ranging from EUR 30,000 to EUR 45,000. The salary range
reflects the potential span of pay the Company may offer for this role, with the
actual amount offered to each candidate being determined based on factors such
as: seniority in a similar role, technical skills and competencies, and other
relevant qua
