Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Rome to help shape AI-generated code. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI coding outputs and train systems to think like developers. You’ll write and review solutions across languages, provide expert feedback, and design prompts to stress-test AI capabilities.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible hours. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, collaborative, and able to explain technical decisions clearly.
