In this role you apply RGM and category management know‑how to help FMCG manufacturers optimize pricing and promotions, delivering measurable revenue and profitability impact. You will work with cross‑functional teams in an international setting, turning data into actionable recommendations and clear client presentations. The position combines regional collaboration (Italy, Spain, Portugal) with opportunities to expand into Category Management projects. A strong English level and hybrid work arrangement support ongoing client delivery and NIQ objectives.

- Support FMCG clients in pricing and promotion optimization within a regional RGM team
- Manage RGM projects end-to-end including timelines, internal coordination, and client interaction
- Partner with commercial and executive client teams to provide clear insights and recommendations
- Translate business needs into tailored RGM outputs for various audiences (RGM, Category, Insights, Sales, Leadership)
- Utilize NIQ data, tools and PowerPoint to address pricing, promotion and revenue questions
- Convert analytical results into business-focused, actionable presentations
- Deliver insights in client meetings both in person and online
- Contribute to internal initiatives and NIQ objectives
- Possibility to expand expertise into Category Management projects
- 3+ years in a similar role or related area
- Experience in FMCG, ideally in RGM or Category Management
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotions and revenue drivers
- Excellent business relationship and communication skills
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset and numerical skills
- Consulting-style communication with ability to simplify complex insights
- Comfort in a digital, data-driven environment; AI as a facilitator
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
