- Oversee department versatility and cross-functional involvement
- Coordinate department communication and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate effectively with plant union representatives
- Master's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or similar
- At least 4 years of experience in highly complex management and technical production environments
