Senior Program Manager, EU Shipper Support, Amazon Shipping

In this role, you drive process improvement and operational excellence within the Shipper Support organization. You’ll translate frontline pain points into scalable programs and partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to implement changes that enhance the shipper experience. You’ll bridge front-line operations and the business, leading end-to-end improvements with measurable impact. This role offers the chance to shape a scalable support model for global partners in a customer-obsessed environment.

- base salary (52,400 EUR, Milan)

- Identify, scope, and lead process improvement initiatives to boost shipper experience and operational efficiency
- Coach Shippers, Account Managers and Shipper Support Specialists to perform root cause analysis and develop solutions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to advocate for and implement process and tool improvements
- Analyze contact drivers and shipper pain points to identify trends,



quantify impact, and prioritize opportunities
- Design and document scalable processes, SOPs, and playbooks for consistency and quality
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of improvements from problem identification to rollout
- Create narratives and program updates for leadership, articulating problems, solutions, and outcomes
- Develop and maintain metrics and reporting to track impact and ROI
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between regions to scale best practices globally
- Act as subject matter expert on shipper support operations and escalation patterns
- Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, with results communicated to senior leadership
- Program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or related experience
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence without direct reporting lines
- Experience in business process improvement, Lean or Six Sigma
