Tasks
* Lead the site Food Safety Team and continuously improve Quality, HACCP, and
Environmental Management Systems
* Ensure compliance with food law, GMP, customer requirements, and relevant
standards
* Lead internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits
* Manage customer complaints, supplier quality issues, deviations,
and CAPA
processes
* Lead and develop the Quality Control team and laboratory operations
* Drive quality performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure effective document control, training, hygiene, sanitation, and pest
control programs
* Coordinate supplier qualification, evaluation, and audit activities
* Prepare management reviews and support quality-related strategic decisions
* Reporting Line to the Site Manager Italy. Functional alignment with Global
Quality
* Travel: Occasional travel to customers, suppliers, and company locations
within the group
Skills
* Master’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Biotechnology, or
related field
* 5-10 years of experience in quality and food safety management within the
food manufacturing industry, including leadership responsibilities.
* Strong knowledge of Food Law, HACCP, GMP, and Quality Management Systems
