Allegion is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead project management excellence across Italy, France, and the UK. This strategic role shapes governance, strengthens capabilities, and drives delivery of key initiatives through cross‑functional teams.

You will manage a multicultural team of Project Managers, partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Sales and Regional Leadership, and promote accountability, agility, and customer focus while traveling up to 25%.
