HR Business Partner

We are supporting an international organization in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the HR agenda across multiple locations in Italy.
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers, ensuring effective people management, compliance with labor legislation, talent development, and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsabilities:
- Partner with managers on organizational, talent, and people-related matters.
- Act as the main HR contact for employees and leadership teams.
- Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with Italian labor legislation and CCNL.
- Support employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.
- Coordinate training plans and employee development programs.
- Oversee the outsourced payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Promote employee engagement, inclusion, well-being, and internal communication initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and HR reporting/KPIs.
Profile Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
- Previous experience in a multinational and/or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and collective bargaining agreements (CCNL).
- Experience managing employee relations and labor matters.
- Exposure to payroll processes and collaboration with external providers.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office 365 (SuccessFactors is a plus).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- High level of autonomy, organization, and problem-solving capability.
- Native-level Italian and fluent English.
