Empresa Confidencial is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the HR agenda across multiple locations in Italy. You will partner with managers, ensure labor law compliance, drive talent development, and manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.

You will advise management, handle labor relations, and coordinate payroll with external providers while promoting engagement and internal communication initiatives.
