Swim in our clifftop infinity pool, stroll in magnificent Italian gardens, soak in the history, savour Michelin-starred dining and escape into a Four Seasons world of timeless beauty.About the roleReporting into the Director of Rooms, the Spa Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the Spa, Wellness, and Fitness facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and the highest standards of luxury service. The Spa Manager will be responsible for driving revenue performance, developing the spa team, and maintaining a serene and welcoming environment that reflects the Four Seasons commitment to quality and personalization.What you will doMonitor and drive spa revenue through effective treatment, retail, and membership strategies while maximizing profitabilityOversee the daily operations of the Spa, Wellness, and Fitness areas,
