We are seeking an experienced and motivated Roofing Estimator to join our team in Lara, VIC.



This is a full-time, office-based position with regular site visits.

The successful applicant will play a key role in sourcing new business opportunities, preparing accurate quotations, and developing strong client relationships.

A major focus of this position is converting quotations into confirmed projects. We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with clients, proactively following up quotations, addressing client questions or concerns, and working to secure and lock in work. Building trust, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving a high quote conversion rate are essential to the success of this role.
