Tripod EMEA is expanding, and we’re looking for exceptional Business Development Managers /Client Servicing to spearhead our growth across Europe.

If you’re passionate about luxury retail, have an established network, and know how to open doors with the world’s leading brands, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Your Mission
Drive new & existing business across Europe with a focus on:
• Luxury Furniture Roll-Out
• Retail Fixture & VM (Visual Merchandising) Production
• Pop-Ups
• Window Displays & Seasonal Campaigns
• High-end Joinery & Manufacturing Solutions

You’ll work closely with some of the most recognised luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands while partnering with our world-class manufacturing facilities in Portugal, Dubai, Saudi Arabia & India

What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven success in B2B business development within retail fit-out, furniture manufacturing, VM production or luxury retail services
✔ Strong network across Luxury Retail, Fashion ,Beauty & Athleisure
✔ Architect Preferred




✔ Experience managing complex multi-country projects
✔ Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
✔ Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working independently
✔ Fluent English (Italian & French are a significant advantage)
